You have a number of special projects going right now. This posting makes me hope you're looking at Nora with an eye to punch up her boss' dialog a bit. He's the thing that forces them to look at each other sexually and the more warmly and old-world-family-values he comes across, the greater the contrast with the strike to the head their first kiss can deliver for them and the players. Great game so far.
