Assetto Corsa vs REAL LIFE | German Autobahn A81 – 1:1 Map Recreation (WIP)
In this video, I'm comparing real driving footage from the German Autobahn A81 with my custom-built Assetto Corsa map (based on GEO data), showing approximately 6 kilometers of real German highway recreated in-game.
About the project I'm recreating a real section of the A81 Autobahn in Germany, with a focus on realism, accuracy and authentic surroundings. The goal is to bring the experience of driving on a real German Autobahn into Assetto Corsa.
(WIP) This is an ongoing personal 3D mapping project. The track, vegetation, textures, lighting and environment are still being developed and improved.
