GETTING THINGS DONE: EARLY ACCESS & DOWNLOADS [Silver Members]
Hello friends, great to have you here as a Silver Member. This week's training is Getting Things Done.
In this training, we convert the incredible book & system ‘Getting Things Done’ (GTD) by David Allen into the Ultimate Productivity Tool. I take you step by step from a blank worksheet and create an incredible, drag & drop, task management system right in Excel.
▶️ Feel free to watch the full training video right here on YouTube when it goes live.
As a Silver Member, you can also participate in our Feature, Fix or Focus Program, in which each week I will add a feature, fix an issue, or focus on a specific part of the current week’s training. This Feature, Fix, or Focus will be entirely based on your requests and ideas in the comments below. Based on those suggestions, I will then create another short video, along with an updated workbook and make them available exclusively to you, right here on Patreon. I look forward to reading your comments below.
👉 Make sure you download the workbook, PDF codebook, and the training resources in the files below.
I would love to hear your feedback, ideas, and suggestions on any upcoming videos as well, so make sure to comment below as I read every comment.
I look forward to hearing from you and I hope you enjoy the training. Thank you.

Beautiful training video! Any chance to update/add functionality for “projects” - and within projects assign particular tasks within the project to certain members of the team (and perhaps have an email auto sent to that particular team member?). Or perhaps bypass email being sent, and have the task sent to them via Teams?
Hi Craig, thanks for your comment and question. This sounds like you are describing my project manager in which I have every imaginable feature for projects. You can check out the entire series here: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLIBeRriXvKzBgiKcu6UdD9E_4S8xiKUWq I hope this helps and thanks so much.
The timing for this particular training is spot on! I’m currently reading this book at the recommendation of my boss. Definitely looking forward to seeing GTD in excel!
Oh wow thats great to hear that Craig. I am so glad I could help
