when a purchase order is sent, and received, the raw material quantity on hand should change ? mine does not change.
HI Oswaldo, the current formula is set that item Quantities increase when a purchase order is created and decrease when an Invoice is created. Adding a status to the order can change this to only add/deduct on certain statuses. I hope this helps and thanks so much.
