Hello Members!

In this week’s Feature, Fix, or Focus, we take last week’s Clinic Manager training.

Here are the updates I made for this training:

· 1-Click Email Appointments added by Randy Austin

· Show All Appointments added by Randy Austin
· 1-Click View Appts  & Invoices added by Randy Austin

Please don’t forget to add your requests for your own Feature, Fix or Focus each week when I post a new video, right here on Patreon. Each week I will either add a new feature, fix a bug or an issue, or create another training with a special focus on any part, all based on your feedback and comments.

Make sure to view the brand new and updated training and download the updated workbook in the attachments below.

Hi, I have successfully, mostly, adapted this template to git my needs, however. I have multiple appts on one tome slot. I've seen a way to adjust the position of the shape to allow for this. it needs a count loop. I'm very much still learning loops and vba. where might I begin this loop in your code? I can find where the shapes take life. Just slow at working this one out. can you offer any help?

Hi Laura, I am glad you enjoyed the raining. There are a few options you can do. One thing that is to run a count in another cell (So lets say the appointment is going in Row 42 and column 10, what you can do is keep a count in 100 columns to the right So you first check the value in tht cell such as ApptCount = Schedule(ApptRow,ApptCol + 100).value then what you do is you set the width of the appt based on the ApptCount Number If its 0 then its Full width ApptWidth = Schedule(ApptRow,ApptCol + 100).width If its another # you can do something like ApptWidth = Schedule(ApptRow,ApptCol + 100).width / (ApptCount + 1) (so this will set the appt width smaller and smaller Then after you set the width and add an appointment you must increase this # Schedule(ApptRow,ApptCol + 100).value = Schedule(ApptRow,ApptCol + 100).value + 1 and before the macro starts, you must clear out all of these columns to reset them all to 0 or nothing I hope this helps and thanks so much.
