Recurring Invoices - Updated [Gold & Silver]

Hello Members,

In this weeks Recurring Invoice Update I bring you a brand new email log feature in which you can view when and to whom the invoice was sent along with a single click button click to open the sent pdf's.

Please don’t forget to add your requests for your own Feature, Fix or Focus each week when I post a new video, right here on Patreon. Each week I will either add a new feature, fix a bug or an issue, or create another training with a special focus on any part, all based on your feedback and comments.

Make sure to view the brand new and updated training and download the updated workbook in the attachments below.

As always, great to have you here, and thanks so much for your support.

Hi Aberroa, thanks so much for your question. Yes it is certainly possible. You can use either a cell function or VBA to combine text and numerical values. You can also use the CountIf formula if you want to count how many invoices have already been created for a specific customers. This way your Invoice # can contain both text based on the parameters you suggested and a numerical count based on other options. I hope this helps and thanks so much.

Hi randy How would it be possible to establish different numerical sequences of invoices inside this macro using some criteria established by the type of client or for the type of service? For examples: Type of clients: (local or foreign); (by states); (natural person or legal person); (residential, commercial, industrial, government), etc. Type of services: - In the case of a professional services firm, (bookkeeping, auditing, legal, tax consulting, technical consulting, etc.). - In the case of a construction company, (design, construction, remodeling, repair and maintenance, etc.) And thanks for your time.
