Business Data Scraper Add-In : Review & Feature, Fix or Focus Request [Gold & Silver]
Hello Members,
The training we have for this week that I have shared with you was about the amazing Business Data Scraper Add-In. If you have not seen it yet, you can view it right here on YouTube.
Now that the training has been released, I am looking for your feedback to make this even better, just for you, our incredible Patreon Members.
So, what Feature can I add for you? Did you find an issue you want me to fix? Or is there a particular area you would like me to focus on?
Please comment your ideas and feedback to any of these below and I will do my best to not only create an updated workbook, but release a private training video next Monday, right here on Patreon.
I am looking forward to hearing from you and thanks so much for your support.
Regards,
Randy

Hi Randy, This was extremely enlightening, thought-provoking training. Would it be possible to construct an add in to scrape any website for required information. For example, all the uploaded videos on a host’s you tube channel as one example. Then on another day I may be interested in scraping the top 100 user rated “Point & Click” PC games, be it Action, Adventure, Horror or Educational related or even perhaps the top 15 popular current programming languages? Best regards Kevin.
Hi and thanks very much Kevin, I have a video on scraping website data here: https://youtu.be/6IXN1Umu_MU Almost anything is possible and I will soon be getting into more AI Browser automation videos in the near future. Thanks again for your continued support
This was very enlightening training. I would be interested in an add that could scrape ANY website you desire and not just a business website, for example all the videos uploaded to a particular host's you tube channel? or indeed for example the Top 50 Click & Point PC Games?
Hi and thanks very much Kevin, this could be possible but would use a different API. I have a video on scraping website data here: https://youtu.be/6IXN1Umu_MU I will also look for new API's to grab website data and also i am looking into more automation for future trainings. Thanks again
Hello Randy Very Interesting training, I was wondering, could you attach the country and language codes you had on the Settings worksheet
Hi Tamika, thanks very much, and yes, this is a nice idea. I will try to get this added. Much apppreciated
Hello Randy, Very interesting training. I was wondering if/how you can also scrape from websites with memberships with login and passwords. (This would be very interesting when i would combine this sheet with the POS and search through websites from suppliers to see if their is another model or color of the product)
Hi Henk thanks very much and it is an interesting idea. Sometimes we can use an API, and in the near future I will be sharing videos on AI Browser Automation to get data from websites into Excel. This is something i really want to get into and thanks for the reminder.
