More Small Business Visitors

Increases the amount of customers at small businesses.

Let's you get more visitors on small business lots (including the residential businesses, except apartments) whilst also being under the 20 sims limit to keep performance but with improved immersion.

Customer counts depend on the time of day and business rank. Rank at level 5 Business Renown doubles the usual count up to a max of 14 sims (unlike vanilla being max 8 at level 5)
