Is there a way to add the Dragon Ball filter to characters?

its rlly good the only thing that needs a fix is his blast 1 attack(the roll) it brings u to the enemy but when it hits nothing happens.

this character is amazing we need more human/DB characters. thankyou. is there a way to have him in the DB selection next to roshi and kid goku?

He's actually so fun to use! I didn't expect much but you got his characteristics down. a bit of a polish update for the intro/outro voicelines would be nice but either way it's nice
