Classy, I just went through heart surgery to get cancer removed less than a week ago. First, I want to say your games have been sick and have never failed to entertain me. Second, I constantly joked with the people around me about how stupid it'd be if I died from my surgery. I think it would be hilarious if MC died from heart surgery

I seriously considered giving a joke answer, but honestly, an actual "death" or a serious fake-out would be pretty awesome for the story's drama imo
MC dying? To quote Richard Gere in An Officer and a Gentleman, "DON'T YOU DO IT!"
Of course the MC can die, he dies lots of times. The game is built on it. The club scene with the drink that makes him see Ashe and Emily as aliens in his hallucinations is my favorite.

I believe he died in surgery. He went to an alien doctor not knowing how to fix him; he was beaten with a wrench in an attempt to make him work, and then he exploded.
