Do you find the story / structure of my main game confusing?

I just wanted to ask if the game is confusing to navigate or that you're having trouble following the story?

I know this my biggest problem due to the mystery nature that I started off with. I'm going to be making a lot more story scenes, and I'm probably going to make some plot points very obvious from the start. I know some may not like the theme of the story but at least it clears up confusion.

I think the game has 2 sides of the story that appear so detached so you focus on one and the other gets left behind. The whole glitch thing is kind of lost amongst the other bits of the story, even though it could be quite interesting, maybe spend some more time story wise and developing the characters could help
