[0.5] - Progress Report #1
Hey, Mentor. It's good to see you here again.
The end of the week? What could be better, right? I hope you have a great weekend! I want to share with you the first progress report on version 0.5. I think many of you who were interested have already had a chance to try out the latest update. I know that some of you liked it, some didn’t, some think the story is too confusing, and some think everything is fine and that’s all perfectly normal. I know I can never please everyone, and I always try to stick to my plan, but that doesn’t mean I’m not listening to your feedback. I want to thank everyone who plays, shows interest, and wants the best for the project. I’ll keep developing Mentor Life and telling the story the way I see it.
In the 0.5 update, you’ll see a new mechanic that you might have guessed was coming at the end of the last update. You’ll have the choice of how to direct your aura and how to deal with problems in college. Now the focus will be more on the college and the students, more on their lives and character development using the new mechanic. I had to sacrifice the H-scenes in 0.4 in order to cover more of the game’s story, so that in the new 0.5 version you can focus on the new mechanic and start to discover its potential. I’ll do my best to make sure you’re satisfied with it, as this will be one of the main mechanics, at least in the early stages of the story.
Here’s what the progress on 0.5 looks like right now:

Right now I’m focused on the script, and soon I’ll be moving on to the first scene, where I’ll share the first sneak peek of version 0.5 with you. Although this image may be the first sneak peek, ahahaha, Astrid will get her own event in this update :)
More information about 0.5 in the next progress reports. Thank you for your attention and for your love for the project.
I’m trying my best.
