Ugh, such a wholesome family. Reminds me of me and my parents, I guess, and it makes me regret I haven’t gotten read the Illiad to my son yet (now turning 18 here in nearby Macau). But my wife loves, LOTR, so I’ve got one up on you there. ;) As for your discussion, that was a very long walk through world mythology just to get to the point that futanari can be seen as a long-running fantasy flavor independent from attraction to actual trans folk. I hope you eventually discuss the curvy, well-endowed modern Japanese archetype that from what I can tell hasn’t really changed since the early ‘90s (I still remember WTFing at N.O. Chachamaru’s bug girls in Lemon People way back then), because I’d be interested in hearing your thoughts on why it has remained particularly popular in Japanese manga and ero-games.
Aww yes futa good old classic
Good old animated Hobbit and Lord of the Rings cartoon
Way to go! I can't speak for the others but your pronunciation of "Lakapati" was spot on in my estimation. Lots of history in this podcast. Super interesting as always.
i know i mentioned this on another podcast episode, but a game i was following on Patreon, Welcome to Nicest, was banned because of it's content. i know no one has a "right" to be on Patreon and i do have to say that Patreon's TOS does seem more clear than other platform's TOS, and as Annie said, if Patreon is going to start cracking down on these games, there's really not much anyone can do. i will say that one thing that really annoys me is when Patreon says it bans "offensive fetishes". just goes to show how stigmatized some fetishes are even if it involved contenting adults.
correction: Patreon actually called them "fringe sexual fetish creations", which i suppose is better than calling them offensive but it's still stigmatizing language. i can tell you that incest is a very popular flavor
