"Regular updates" might be a little strong for Cloud Meadow. It's mainly been a bunch of small hotfixes. Don't get me wrong, the content that is there is really good, and the world's cool, but it's only half-way through it's 4th milestone from a roadmap from 2023 (which has 1.0 set for last year). Hopefully production will pick up, but it looks like we're going to be waiting a long time for anything beyond the dungeon crawling.
I try to be fair about every game. I think just by saying "Early Access since 2020" puts most potential consumers on guard. Well except for Star Citizen fans.
I believe Cloud Meadow is also available on GOG, currently.

I'm kind of surprised by how many of these are basically standard farming games with the adult content on the side. There are several flavors that could lend themselves to being integrated into farming gameplay, but it seems like out of these only Cloud Meadow and KoboldKare are really doing that.
