What is NTR?

I think that using examples from outside of the adult genre is a good idea, so that is definitely something that you should use in future videos derived from this format.

Netorare, Netorase and Netori actually have roots in Japanese culture. The term itself is a combination of Neru, to sleep, and toru, to take. In older days, there were pictures of men sneaking into a couple's room and cuckolding the husband while he's asleep. The -rare part means it's in passive form. By contrast, netorase is consensual cucking/sharing where the husband or man in the relationship asks the woman to cuck him because that is his fetish. Predictably, netori is the verb form when the protag is doing the cucking. I like netori but despise netorare, but that's my preference.

You asked about the format. Your topic was good, your onscreen presence was about 75-80% of the way to looking relaxed. Your hand gestures were the same ones over and over, making them look stiff. Lastly, and you'll probably hate this, zoom in on you. The background was overwhelming the shot. Less background and more you will help.

As a sometimes video essay enjoyer, I feel the biggest thing to improve video-wise would be either cutting to relevant sections of the text you're discussing more often OR adding something to the talking-at-camera sections, be it more editing with relevant images on the side or physical props or actions you're doing to emphasize points. I found the talk-at-camera parts visually boring especially compared to the interesting and pretty clips from the anime. Other than that attempt at constructive feedback, I found your youtube channel only recently and love the way you cover and talk about games (and flavors)! I just got into the genre(s) of sex-related games last year and am glad to find someone talking about them in a serious and mature way.

English is not my native language, so the speed at which you speak in the video, combined with the fact that you can see your mouth while you speak, really helps me understand, something that I can't do in a podcast format. I really liked it.

Great exploration of the topic using a classic anime and tying it into flavors. It really helps illustrate that it's not just adult games that explore these topics, but traditional media as well. I also love the editing of the clips, especially the "hits her like a truck" line with the scene from the movie. I will say the sound was a little low, I had to put my speakers up near max volume with headphones on even though I usually only need 50% for your other youtube videos.

This was insanely eye opening. I grew up watching Macross/Robotech because of my way older brother, never noticed the NTR. Then I thought wait, as a Latino, this happens so much in Mexican Telenovelas (Soap Operas). Poor girl gets swept off her feet by a rich man (or the opposite), husband gets stolen by the sister or villain. We usually think “western vs japan” on NTR but add in LATAM media and you get tonnes of NTR too, we do love our drama.

I genuinely wish it wasn't growing but it seems like half the content coming out nowadays falls into this category. As someone who had been cheated on a couple times it really ruins my "mood" when I'm looking for something new. And really like the art but forgot to read the tags and then you get kinda slapped with it. Really really hate it. But I understand there are things I'm Into that other people would feel the same way. Good video please keep on going more I to the history of tags and themes, I think it would be really interesting

Really a great video and a format that I would like to see more often in the future. The content was well prepared and entertainingly presented, only the sudden ending surprised me, I even rewound to see if there was a replay error. Side note: The wallpaper background/curtain will surely haunt me in my next nightmares :)

Love the new format. While Patreon does have it's own problems, it seems far less cumbersome with the censorship than Youtube. Have you considered streaming on Rumble? As for the content of this video, thank you. As NTR is not something that I enjoy and usually avoid like the plague, I admit I didn't know enough about it. It's good that we learn about these things even if we don't fully appreciate them. As you said, betrayal and loss have always been part of the human condition, and probably always will. That being said, I'm not going to go searching for NTR games any time soon. I've already been cheated on enough in my life, I'd rather not have that be a part of the fantasy I use to escape.
