I know the model is a “meme” but it's actually accurate to the image i found on a very old video (and then on Google).
The character offers:
A custom moveset with many skills inside:
Custom grab (different skill if played against any Gogeta).
Custom ground grab.
Custom lightning attack.
Custom charged ki blast.
The character also offers 5 skills with actual 4 custom skills (or 5 if you want to count the funny custom animation on the first skill):

Hello, I don't know how to make JSON but I can edit this mod to include a transformation. To make edits I want to get paid, especially since the mod is free.
