RetroFE Project Arcade Early Version Base Theme Only

This the Base Theme WIP for RetroFE Core Version 0.10.21.

Theme: ProjectArcade(Matrix)

Its partially compatible to all of my addons with some minor to major tweaks...

I download it then execute ProjectAcade64.exe. It can entered main menu. But after two seconds that I press enter into emulation's choice. It's shutdown automatically.

Yes because its only the base theme for retrofe... there is no addon yet.. you can add your own.. or preconfigured my addons to work with project arcade...
