Added DUAL MONITOR MENU SCROLL FIX

REQUIREMENTS:

Project Arcade I-TEKNO BUILD Plus latest July 5 Updates

Use the same link we sent you.

Then use new batch file to execute the patch or extract manually by extracting at the root of your I-TEKNO Build.

VIDEO TUTORIAL:

This will fix the UP and DOWN playlist menu and the LEFT and RIGHT game menu while you're in dual monitor mode.
