Thank you for this. Over a year ago I was bullied out of my job to the point of mental illness & ideation of unhealthy ideas, and I got 6 one hour appointments of telephone therapy. Talking with my friends who are neurodivergent has done much more to help rebuild myself than anything that's left through NHS channels.
"When they go low, we go high" was a nice thought but a terrible idea (USian - this got us Trump)
