Sage Views @ Bayfront Apts // Jaci's Apartment
Public Access 01/16/2024
Hey Fwennns! I'm back with another build for you all! It's Jaci's new college apartment! Her apartment is the only one that is completed at the moment! I will doing more apartments builds within this apartment unit but for now, here is Jaci's! I did leave some units completely blank if you wanted to add in your own layout. I also did some layouts in some units in case you just wanted to decorate! If you want to check out ✨JACI 101🎓 click here --> ✨
P.S. The door to the patio is blocked by the cute neon sign and bar cart. It doesn't bother me but if it bothers you, please remove those items to make the door work again
About this Build
This build was built on a 30x20 lot in San Sequoia. Currently this build is set to a RESIDENTIAL lot. You must set it to a Residential Rental for this lot to function like a rental. For a lot to function as a rental, you must have The Sims 4 For Rent.
Please note, when you place the lot, you may receive a message saying items have been replaced or deleted. That is due to the chair update or other mods like wonderfulwhims or Basemental.
✨MODS YOU NEED FOR THIS BUILD✨
Cepzid Let's Get Fit Mod + SYB Crossfit Set
✨I recommend you save all of my CC in one folder from my builds to avoid duplicates!✨
How to Install Manually - Do Not Use CurseForge to Put into your Mods Folder
Download the .ZIP file
Locate your Sims 4 folder i.e Documents>Electronics Arts>The Sims4
Open the "CC" and "Mods" folder in the .ZIP file and add the cc to your mods folder
Open the "Tray Files" in the .ZIP file and add the files to your tray folder
And that's it! When you open your game, go to the gallery and you should see the build in your library.
BUT DEE GURLL, I don't see it! Make sure you select "show custom content" on the left panel of the gallery and you should see it!
Thank you again for pledging! I hope you enjoy the build!
Remember to stay beautiful, stay lovely and have a grand, grand day!
