Hey Cutiesss! We're back with another build! This time I wanted to make some move in ready townhomes for the new expansion pack coming out, The Sims 4 For Rent. These are move in ready meaning they aren't furnished but they do have a complete kitchen and furnished bathrooms! I know a lot of people don't like to build but love to DEEcorate so I wanted to make a shell for people to use decorate the homes they want. This build is light on CC but feel free to do ya thang! I will be posting a fully furnished apartment building next month for the pack so STAY TUNED! Jasmine's Ranch Mansion is coming next!
About this Build
This build was built on a 30x20 lot in San Sequoia but you can place it anywhere. They are 3BR, 2½BA townhomes!
Please note, when you place the lot, you may receive a message saying items have been replaced or deleted. That is due to the chair update or other mods like wonderfulwhims or Basemental.
How to Install
Download the .ZIP file
Locate your Sims 4 folder i.e Documents>Electronics Arts>The Sims4
Open the "CC" and "Mods" folder in the .ZIP file and add the cc to your mods folder
Open the "Tray Files" in the .ZIP file and add the files to your tray folder
And that's it! When you open your game, go to the gallery and you should see the build in your library.
✨I recommend you save all of my CC in one folder from my builds to avoid duplicates!✨
BUT DEE GURLL, I don't see it! Make sure you select "show custom content" on the left panel of the gallery and you should see it!
