This build was built on a 30*20 lot in Newcrest but you can place it anywhere! Please note, when you place the lot, you may receive a message saying items have been replaced or deleted. That is due to the chair update or other mods like wonderfulwhims, Basemental, cookbooks, or in game pictures!

How to Install Manually - Do Not Use CurseForge to Put into your Mods Folder
Download the .ZIP file
Locate your Sims 4 folder i.e Documents>Electronics Arts>The Sims4
Open the "CC" and "Mods" folder in the .ZIP file and add the cc to your mods folder
Open the "Tray Files" in the .ZIP file and add the files to your tray folder
And that's it! When you open your game, go to the gallery and you should see the build in your library.
BUT DEE GURLL, I don't see it! Make sure you select "show custom content" on the left panel of the gallery and you should see it!

my DX is 12, so i guess I cant use this? bummer because its gorgeous
Hello! I have one quick question! I have tried placing this build and a couple others. I place it and it is fine but once I move my family in i get an infinite loading screen and then I have to delete the save and pull the family in from my gallery and place into another build. Have you received any news about this? Do you know what could possibly be causing this?
Hello! I haven’t had any reports of this. Before uploading all the files I test each build in my game without any mods. I didn’t have any issues. Are you on the latest update of the game? Have you installed the required mods? Are you missing any packs? Are you also running other mods in your game?
