Veterinarian School w. Housing // Barbie Legacy

Hey Hey Hey! Y'all life has been very, very crazy. We recently moved to a new city so I've been swamped but I wanted to finally release one of my biggest builds, the Summer Vet Program with Housing! I will be using this massive build in my Barbie Legacy Challenge for Gen 3 where my sim will attend this program for the summer before she opens her Vet Clinic! The school offers fully furnished dorms, gourmet food, and top of the line equipment for your future veterinarian! If you would like to see the speed build, check it out 😺HERE😺
✨I recommend you save all of my CC in one folder from my builds to avoid duplicates!✨
This build was built on a 50x40 lot in Del Sol Valley but you can place it anywhere! if you would like this lot to function as an educational program , you will need The Sims 4 Business and Hobbies! Please note, when you place the lot, you may receive a message saying items have been replaced or deleted. That is due to the chair update or other mods like wonderfulwhims or Basemental, cookbooks, or in game pictures!
✨MODS NEEDED ✨ PLEASE READ + DOWNLOAD✨
You need The Sims 4 Businesses & Hobbies for this to function as a Vet School! Your sim needs to have Veterinarian skill LEVEL 1 in order to use any vet equipment on the lot. If you don't want to cheat this, I recommend this mod RESEARCH VET MOD. Your sim can use the computer to research becoming a vet and obtain the VET SKILL level 1.
You also need REX's Small Businesses and Hobbies Expanded for the correct business activities for employees and customers
Setting up the Lot and Business with The Sims 4 Businesses and Hobbies
1. Set the School Building as public and the dorms as residential
2. Register your small business. Hire someone to give lectures on the veterinarian skill.
3. Set Business Activities like attend lecture, debate, use vet equipment, create pet treats etc
4. Come up with goals and curriculum for your sims to complete to pass the program! For example, my sim will have to max the vet skill, craft a certain number treats, reach level 8 of research and debate, and write a research paper at the end of the term to pass
You can set students as employees and have to work in the lab, debate, attended lectures autonomously or you can control everyone. However you decide to play!
How to Install Manually - Do Not Use CurseForge to Put into your Mods Folder
Download the .ZIP file
Locate your Sims 4 folder i.e Documents>Electronics Arts>The Sims4
Open the "CC" and "Mods" folder in the .ZIP file and add the cc to your mods folder
Open the "Tray Files" in the .ZIP file and add the files to your tray folder
And that's it! When you open your game, go to the gallery and you should see the build in your library.
BUT DEE GURLL, I don't see it! Make sure you select "show custom content" on the left panel of the gallery and you should see it!
