Issues with the overrides?

I hope everyone is doing well :)

A few people told me that the cutting boards are not working for them, even after they were updated.

It's happening to you, try doing this:

1- Delete "localthumbcache".

2- The reason why the override is not working is probably because you're using another mod that also overrides the kitchen items (mesh and/or texture).

• Momentarily remove everything in your Mods folder. Don't delete it, just move it to another location on your computer.

• Re-download the override (the one that wasn't working for you), extract it and place it in your Mods folder.

• Launch the game (with only the override object in Mods) and test it in game.

  For example: if it's the cutting board, have one of your Sims cook, so they'll get the board and you'll be able to see it in game.

• If the board is now working normally, that means it's conflicting with another mod you're using.

• After doing this test you can put all your CC into Mods again.

3- How can you solve this?

You will need to find which mod is conflicting with the cutting board. It's most certainly another mod that overrides the kitchen items.

Unfortunately there is no way to use both at the same time. You'll only be able to keep one of them in your Mods folder.

For example, one of the Simmers tested it and the conflict was happening with the "A.I. Upscaled Food" by Nexus. Thanks Narckverso for testing it (obrigada) :)

It can be any mod that overrides the same items. You'll have to find it and choose to keep one or the other.
