Stanley's new friend NEIL

This fellow from Paraguay, NEIL, hit me up on INSTAGRAM early this week. Turns out he's a HUGE SteamSpunk fan and also a voiceover artist. I repurposed an old model sheet of a latin kid to suit him as the younger version, a kid from Stan's track team. As if I couldn't get more lucky, he's also got an enormous SCHLONG, which you'll see in the next model sheet. I did NOT need to exaggerate it at all! Sadly, in accordance with PATREON rules, I cannot share this with free followers. Serge.
