CC Creators Tracking Releases

For those who don't already know , there has been some cc creators tracking their content. Just a FYI I am NOT doing that, as most of you that have downloaded my files know i go through a google drive and i don't require anyone to ask permission to download. I always say ITS JUST A GAME, there's no need to do all that extra shit. My patreon and content is a safe, be careful please, because some of these creators are going that extra mile to track their cc. 

Here's what i read for a little bit more knowledge on whats going on 

"I know y'all are very concerned about the recent tumblr/twitter/reddit posts about creators who dox and track their Patreon releases. If has been well known for years that a handful of creators do this. If you are concerned about your private data being shared, you need to contact Patreon and hold those creators responsible. If you are concerned about "viruses" in your CC, you can relax. Regular BB or CAS content that comes in a .package does not and cannot execute code to do anything to your computer. There are ways it can be detrimental to how it runs while playing Sims, . If a creator shares their content with you via email or DM download link, that is the only way they would be able to track their CC. If you look at a post and download content from there, it's the same files as every other person who clicks that link. Stop sharing speculative lists of creators that track or dox or whatever. Know the risks of using Patreon and support creators who deserve it. Contact Patreon. Contact those creators and let them know how you feel. "
