(IRL) The AWE Mini-Museum of VR Headsets!
I recently went to AWE, a private expo where companies involved in VR/XR showcase their technology! Right at the end of the third and final day of the event, I went to check out the museum of VR headsets they had set up. Some of these are from 80s, and there are even a few from NASA!
Also I'd like to thank the people at MIT Reality Hack for making this trip possible. It was awesome! 🧡

VR is still at that novelty stage...one day though...we're gonna wonder how we lived without it.
I mean in urban areas, it's technically impossible to live without a mobile phone.
I love how the older you go, the more daft-punky and futuristic the headsets look
Ikr!!
Actually insane to see how all of this evolved into what whe use today. Im always thinking about what would happen if you travel beck in time and give the people that developed this stuff a modern headset.
can't wait to have VR in my round glasses
