Trope Talk: Prison Break!

I would totally have been down for all Avatar. I am surprised Logan Lucky didn't make any mentions since it's a prison break, heist and break back into the prison

Was really hoping for a “respect mah authoritah!” joke on the authority slide, still loved the video!

I'm just happy Leverage was mentioned since nearly half of it is "Prison Break: The Series." Also! Didn't notice the detail of "Explain explain - oh it didn't go like the explanation" versus "Here's what we do - [Cut to the action]" and now I'll be looking for that more often now

If It was me, it will be all Prison Break (just season 1) and Shawshank Redemption.

We're always proud of you.

I really like that Andor puts less of the focus on overcoming the security measures (although it does do that) and more on convincing the other prisoners to fight back. It creates a situation that mirrors the outside fight against the empire and shows why Luthen is doomed to fail. He's given up on trusting anyone whereas Cassian puts his faith in the other prisoners, and puts everything in the hands of Kino to inspire everyone else. That series is so fuckin good...

Keeping from doing so much have taken truly titanic levels of self control :D

My first thought when I saw it was about prison breaks was, "I hope she mentions Andor." 😊

Proud of you, Red! 👏👏👏

The “breaking the prison” image looks a lot like Alinua’s work
