Arrested Development has one of my personal favorite examples of personality in narrator. Character: Game’s up little Opie! Narrator (voiced by Ron Howard) “She has crossed a line, and should really watch her step.”

A book series where the narrator has a very unique personnality is A Series of Unfortunate Events. Really rare occurence where the narrator speaks at the first person but isn't the protagonist.

I would like you to have addressed the idea that a narrator knows the result of the whole story. This is inherent in telling the story (at least in past tense). So how does this affect the reliability? Sometimes a story will have the narrator give spoilers or foreshadow, etc.

It was fun to see this video right after finishing the Terra Ignota series, which starts of with a very strong narrative voice declaring themselves insane, and unreliable. In fact stating that the only reason they were aloud to publish the dirty laundry of world leaders was because he was certified insane, and everyone knew he was insane, so that nothing he said could be used in a court of law. The series is very heady, and very good, and makes excellent use of the unreliability of the narrator to make the reader question everything they read...which is in no small part the point of the series, which is aimed at poking people to examine their beliefs and philosophies more closely. By far the most intense and rewarding use of an unreliable narrator I've ever read.
