yeah, it's not showing up for me. I put the tray files in the correct folder and downloaded the cc, but it won't show up.
I'm thinking about the fact are you set your settings, allowed custom content, scripts in options!?
If you properly unpacked the zip and put it in the right folder (tray files folder), then in the gallery marked on the side that it contains custom content, then I can't do anything else that would help you.

it's because you had zip and I had rar...
It's not showing in game for me neither. The save file wasn't showing so I decided to recreate it myself and all the other builds are fine but this one isn't showing. I tried downloading it from the gallery, but I can't find it.
I reuploaded now it as a zip, so try again now.
I just opened this rar and everything is there, it's not package! So I don't know how is package for you.
your rars are downloading as packages for some reason it's not showing up in game.
Rar icons are same as icons of packages, or zip files, because it is an archive like it is a zip file. I reuploaded it now as a zip, so try again.
