Love this one and currently using it. I WAS a bit tricky putting it together. You have to put the rooms down in a certain order (roughly) for it to work. I finally got it by starting with the entryway and ending with the kitchen. Some of the windows fell off, etc but I was easily able to copy and place them again with T.O.O.L. My only wish? A huge house that is similar (I know defeats the whole warehouse vibe - but you know what I mean). I am going to try the Vintage Apartment next. I have looked at some of the brownstones and I love them also.
