It's really odd - I never seem to get the mail outs! I'm at the Elite Pilot level too...
Hi Abe, this is Maki. Your profile says: "Shipping address (No address)" Please go to "Profile" -> "My Memberships" -> "Active Memberships" to check if your address has been saved.
I hope it doesn't take too long for it to arrive because for some reason shipping to Finland takes ages.
