For everyone who has had issues with this mod {this mod's specific issue is that it's not updated to the most recent update(s) the sims 4 has had. If you look back up at the top it says 1.58.63.1010 (<--- Sims 4 game version (or patch) number it's updated to and 1.126.73.1030 is the current game version) UPDATE: 11/12/2019, meaning the last update for this mod was November 12, 2019 (depending on the format, it could be December 11, 2019)}, or any mod, I suggest Better Exceptions. It finds broken mods and tells you their exact names so you can fix them, delete them, or do whatever you need to do. Right as I loaded into my household in sims 4, Better Exceptions popped up, suggesting to open in a new window, so I opened it in google and it told me the exact mod that was creating the issue. If you're confused about what it says in the Better Exceptions tab/window, send me a reply and I will help you through any issues. P.S. Just to clarify, I didn't create Better Exceptions (all credit goes to TwistedMexi), I'm just a fellow player who knows how to use it and can/wants to help out. (Posted August 4th, 2026)

needs updating. game crashed when u kidnap sim

would it be difficult to make a mod where your sim is the killer? like theyre the ones who stalk other sims and finds ways to unalive other sims, maybe even get pursued by the cops...i think that would be so cool

Hey, I've been playing around withyou mods the last few days and they're pretty neat. However I've run into some sort of error after an event (Victim of Arson/Armed Robbery/Bully) happened at a community lot. I couldn't load back into my Sim's university dorm, it gave me an error. I can load into any other lot just fine, just not her "home" lot. Not sure if this is an error caused by your mod or just an incompatibility between things, but it did pop up another question for me. If I have GTW installed, do I still need to install both zips, or just the GTW one?

I just got this mod, and let me tell you- IT Crashes the entire game. At first it ran smoothly, but then I tried to open up a game where two Sims were murdered. Everything froze.

I downloaded the updated version and now they are really dying. Thanks so much for the mod and the update.

I loved this mod and thank you very much, but my sims both active and npc do not really die, after the tragedy I still see them around the world.

this mod also crashed my game when trying to upload household

The kidnapping is bugged for me, my sim is kidnapped and then he goes home alone and no phone calls or anything happens.

This probably needs an update. This mod kept crashing my game when I tried to load my household to play the game

"Ignoring the killer will have no effect on your sim, they'll stay safe." then how come Willard Kline keeps breaking into my sims house and setting the whole house on fire?? I think this is a bug. Either that or I'm too dumb to save my sims xD Also I changed the speed from 'normal' to 'slow' and both became enabled at the same time eddit: this mod is super awesome though! love your work to bits i do! edit 2: the killers keep t posing and jump around a lot, especially willard kline after he's on fire. I'm thinking of disabling serial killers for now.

SACRIFICIAL!!! first of all I love you and love this mod, but I have a question on the mechanics. Lets say I have everything activated in a save file for a sim and set to the slowest speed and the sim is a toddler or even a Y/A, is the sim just gonna get hit by a car one day in their life and die? Are all the tragedies inevitable or are they random, or not happen at all when on the slowest setting?

I really don’t know whats the problem. But I always get rdm kidnaped sims in my household :/ they’re pop out of nowhere and I have to remove them everytime >.< it always happens When I go on a community lot

I'm having problems, It won't pop up on my menu at all. And I I don't know whether to have the base game zip or the get to work. Or both, and the other zip for tragedies goes straight to my trash without me knowing. I put everything in my mods folder, and it still won't pop up on my sim's menus. I even got the newest resource.cfg.

Can there be a way that bad things happen to other sims, but not your current household?
