something very satisfying abt sabrina embracing the ol' fangirl roots. the green screen bits with sabrina acting as little characters to illustrate examples in the narration are always entertaining to me. could you share anything about the process of coming up with these visual gags or point out some that you particularly like from this video? (the alignment chart in the hostinger ad was one of my favs)
We've already recorded the aftershow so we won't be able to respond to this question directly, but Joe uploaded a video that mentioned his process for green screen sequences: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i-e-E38C3Zs
No questions, just love that I learned about the "my steak too juicy, my lobster too buttery" meme through this video and now I want to use it in every interaction I can lol. ALSO I just noticed Sabrina wore a Hostinger sweatshirt for the ad read and that's why her arm was in that position - hilarious and so good
as someone who’s been watching since the quirkyandnerdy days, this was such a fun video to watch :-) i am also very tv pilled and a lot of my early interests were tv!! sabrina talked a bit about her favorite tv shows when she was younger, but taha and melissa what were some of your favorite tv shows when you were younger?
Taha took the few seconds he had to make the most amount of damage possible and I love that. Great vid as always. Question: what do you think the community aspect of this situation is? As in, before you would watch shows with friends or family but now it feels like such a lonely experience
What are the streaming services you have? Like a complete list? And if you could only pick 1 to keep which would it be? For me - Dropout.tv
In my opinion what’s missing is a service for discovering media across any platform that is relevant for someone and a focus on renting/owning over streaming. Individual streaming services provide suggestions but are confined to their offerings and are incentivized to maximize watch time/time on the platform. A service that suggested media based off what you like but then let you go and decide where to watch would be great. Streaming’s best strength is its flexibility; you can subscribe to a single service if watching a show or rent/buy a movie. I feel like for a lot of people, renting is cheaper than paying for multiple services
How many subscription services do you guys have that aren't for movies ? Such as Spotify, Uber eats etc...?
What percent of your viewers are YouTube Premium members? Do they contribute a non-trivial amount towards AIP’s monetization?
OMG shout out for The Mindy Project :)
