Progress Update

Really pushing to get this one out in the next two weeks.

I'm using Blender to help communicate the events of the Jewish rebellion of 66 AD, this is undoubtedly the most I've ever used Blender before.  It naturally takes a great deal more time than the photoshop-built sketches I normally do (those will be in this video as well, but strictly comedic), but I feel it's worth the extra effort and time for the (relatively) serious moments.

I do, on some level, regret starting this series.  Making historical content is very fun and challenging, but this specific subject matter is very intensive and takes a great deal of time to do right.  However, I'm going to see this through to the end.  I plan on covering the christians, egyptians, and visigoths in the future.

I don't mind how much time I spend on this, to be clear, but relative to, say, my Scorn video?  I'd estimate these take around five or six times the effort and time to make, but they're not super popular.

Still, you can't let yourself be motivated exclusively by material rewards.  If we collectively continue down that path, we'll start sending our children an invoice when they graduate high school.
