Fleshcraft Studio creates dark fantasy miniatures, characters, and armies built around an original setting of fallen gods, cursed kingdoms, undead crusades, and monstrous things best left beneath cathedral floors. Each month, we release a new collection of highly detailed STL miniatures designed for painters, collectors, tabletop RPGs, and wargames, accompanied by lore and game-ready material that helps bring each release to life beyond the sculpt itself.
At the heart of Fleshcraft is a love of faction-driven worldbuilding. Rather than treating each miniature as an isolated model, our releases are connected through an evolving narrative, with recurring characters, rival armies, and major events reshaping the world over time. Whether you're looking for a centerpiece monster, a new RPG villain, or an entire force to march onto the tabletop, our goal is to give every miniature a story worth telling.
This September, that story reaches one of its biggest turning points yet with The Fall of Lotharius, our upcoming Frontier campaign on MyMiniFactory. The Frontier chronicles the final confrontation with Lotharius, a fallen god of death and ruin, bringing together a new centerpiece model, undead heroes, One Page Rules wargame scenarios to play out the story, RPG subclasses and statblocks, and a multi-stage 5.5e boss encounter built around his last stand. Alongside the new releases, the campaign will also offer an expansive collection of the armies and factions that have shaped the road to Lotharius' fall, making it an ideal entry point into the wider Fleshcraft setting.

I love Fleshcraft, I've been on their tribe for quite some time. Really fantastic undead sculpts and a lot of attention to detail for their world lore and dark aesthetic. I wholeheartedly endorse them!

The Fleshcraft Studios stuff is amazing, they had a few warbands for the World's Beyond Brawl, and the storytelling is clear in their sculpting. The Shroudborne strike force was so neat, it includes this spirit witch bound to her own mobile coffin and literally has something called a "sadness cannon". Amazing stuff, genuinely. Their wood elf - like dudes, called the Witherkin are wildly unique. Warboss Fitz featured the sons of the drowned strike force in a video as well, he did a really neat tarnished copper paint scheme. I wholeheartedly approve and encourage everyone to check out Fleshcraft Studios.
