July News & Previews #2

We're excited to announce our third Age of Fantasy Faction Book release, this time for the Saurians! Faction books are expansive supplements that cover the lore and history of a specific faction in the OPR universe. This book is filled with vivid art and lore that helps bring to life the complexities of Saurian society, offering invaluable insight and enjoyment to everyone from the fledgling Gecko Priest discovering the Saurians’ mysteries for the first time to the wizened Frog-Mage who has been watching over this faction’s development from its earliest days.

Here at One Page Rules, we are always thrilled to show off our newest minis, our next illustrations, the latest short story, and more. Art is at the core of what we do and is a key inspiration for all of our games. And all of the art we produce is completely human-made. Indeed, we believe that all art should be human-made, (or made by exceptionally talented pets and animal friends.)

To put it simply: One Page Rules prohibits the use of any generative AI in our projects, and will not knowingly publish any product that includes its use.

What better way to have some fun this summer than staying inside and painting minis? This week we're running a special Summer Splash sale on our Digital Models available on MyMiniFactory! Start a new army, print some models, get some games in and have fun. (But don't splash in the printer resin!) The sale runs from today until Friday, July 10th.

Excluded Items: MMF Discount Code excludes PDFs and models from recently released campaigns such as Worlds Beyond, Moonmire's Proving Grounds, & Alien Hives Unveiled. Doesn't apply to Frontier Campaign Items.

At the top of post, you'll see some early previews of the what we are working on for August!

The Ratmen Clans Saboteurs are agents of nuisance. While not exactly the most accurate of technologies, Electro-bombs are hand thrown ordinance . This has a few advantages, like silent operation, but also the Indirect nature of it's trajectory means they can come sailing in from above out of no where on an unsuspecting enemy. Quick Readjustment means they'll never lose the accuracy they do have with the bombs, and when they hit, Bane prevents lucky saves and regeneration.

Please remember that these are early WIP shots of the models and not the final versions of the models.

That's it for now, happy wargaming!

Will you guys be releasing the grimdark ratmen titans as part of the patreon releases or will we have to buy them separately

Titans always get released on Patreon first, just in different places. Every month there's a Legendary as Part of that month's Release, generally we include at least one Legendary from the factions being released at some point over the course of their release. (So you can expect one for Ratmen Clans and one for Orcs sometime over their full release, the rest get filled by other factions like Mummified Undead this month) The other way is through the Loyalty rewards. Every 4 months the loyalty rewards change, and we try to make at least some of those months match the current Factions as well.

I mean, I like the yoyos myself, since they're different and make physical sense in the same way that the German stick grenades do, but I guess I can understand why others wouldnt.

Yeah, the yo-yo bombs look dumb. You might just want to scrap these now and start over while there's still time.

Looks cool, but would like a few more poses without the string. Mostly because they look like a nightmare to FDM print

Just like the sapper from the hdf I think you guys are missing the mark on what the unit's name and style is. This looks like a slinger unit not a sabotage unit.

The Rats are looking fun! But it feels like the poses can be pushed a bit more to be more dynamic. Please see the link with sketches for some possibilities. Thanks!

I know they're still wip, but I really think they need some work :S They need some gear on them, some extra greeblies to represent their kit, at the very least a few more grenades, and frankly they should have just more tech gear in general. Looking back at the rat folk grenadiers, it's a real shame that the quality of the storytelling dropped so much :( Maybe they need some bandoliers and things like that?
