Paizo and One Page Rules announced that they would be working together to bring Paizo’s iconic Pathfinder characters and creatures to One Page Rules’s versatile wargaming engine.

At the top of post, you'll see some special early previews of the upcoming Age of Fantasy faction: Orcs. The Orcs will begin to release in May, but we wanted to get let you all get an early look at the models and see what you thought of them. So please, comments are welcome and encouraged about these models!

The Orc models will be divided into two main themes: Iron and Bone. The Iron side of the faction will show off some of the more advanced parts of orc society with more clothing and armor, metal weapons and more advanced equipment.

The Bone side of the faction embraces their wild side, wearing less protection, not even boots, and utilizing more natural materials for their equipment with bone, ropes, and teeth featured prominently.

Like our other armies, the orcs will be available as male and female model with a mix of hair styles, and every orc unit will also be available with a bald male orc head for those who want that classic look.

Lets take a look at the stat block of the Bone Warriors, currently named Wild Orcs in Age of Fantasy. (Note: This is a screenshot from Army Forge Labs so the points and rules may be different from the current live version and may change before release.)

The Bone Warriors rely on their ferocious fighting style to prevail in combat, eschewing armor to focus on striking first at all costs. Scout, and Strider helps put them at an advantage when getting into position for a charge before their opponents can, and with Piercing Assault granting their charge attacks AP(+1). When combined with the Orcs natural Ferocious ability already enhancing charges, that initial hit is going to be frightening.

Please remember that these are early WIP shots of the models and not the final versions of the models.

Note: The screenshots above are using placeholder shorts for the Bone Orcs, below you can find a more detailed and up-to-date version of what the final look will be like.

That's it for now, happy wargaming!

I would like bald female variants as well, not just male.

I don't like them, much like the sci-fi orcs. They feel like someone tried to make an ork character in a game where you can only play as humans. The female ones in particular just look like a the faces from the HDF with fake tusks. Hair also feels odd especially the one with anime girl style twin buns and bangs.

I like these, looking great. Glad it has a bald version. =)

I think I like these orcs. I just hope their monsters look as cool as the concept art you showed off

I´m happy that so many like them but for me the orcs will likely be a pass. Doesn´t mean i deem them bad, but i´m not a fan of the "World of Warcraft Orc" Style. Don´t care much for the GW style either.

Really digging the aesthetic of the orcs... Just give a female version of a Bald Orc, so I can have my on Furiosa Orc.

I really like these, apart from some of the faces which look a bit too "human" for me and might not look right alongside my "traditional" orcs. Just a personal view - I appreciate the variety though and perhaps I could use those as a "half-orc" unit. Overall, they're great though and look like they will be really good to paint.

I'm really liking the look of them, and appreciate them all having the bald head option. I think adding a little bit of ramshackle armour or repairs to the iron orcs clothes would really make them pop, as well as scars (as someone else mentioned) and maybe bone piercings for the bone orcs.

MightyMarcos · February 12, 2026

Dunno why but the updated orc, with lederhosen looks like Ron Pearlman, maybe it's just me.

MightyMarcos · February 12, 2026

These orcs I like. Suggestion, scars on their bodies. Ritual or earned?

I don't own any orc units from the GF. Are there any bald female orc models available? Will they be in the case of AoF?

C
Cait Sidhe · February 11, 2026

Yeah not sure what I think about the bone/wild orcs having beach shorts :D

O
One Page Rules · February 11, 2026

Sorry, those shorts were placeholders, we've added a screenshot of the more final look. :)

W
Waylark Games · February 11, 2026

I like them overall, but TBH the shorts look really goofy. Much too clean looking, but really don't match their tops. Why have shorts at all instead of bare legs when they already have the loin cloths covering the private parts.

N
Notimeforwargames · February 11, 2026

I agree, I would prefer skirts/loincloths to the shorts.

OverdriveActive · February 11, 2026

The feminine orcs look amazing, will be printing those quick when I get them!

I like them! But would like more beards
