Grimdark Future: Broken Truth - Our First Physical Crowdfunding Campaign
One Page Rules is thrilled to unveil Grimdark Future: Broken Truth, launching soon on Gamefound! This exciting release is the first all-plastic 2-player Battle Box for Grimdark Future, making it easier than ever to dive into the game and jump start your miniature collection!
Grimdark Future: Broken Truth offers a comprehensive and accessible entry point into the game. This massive box set is packed with everything you need to engage in epic sci-fi battles, including:
Two full armies for Grimdark Future with a total of 77 high quality 32mm plastic miniatures.
Everything you need to play, including the rules, tokens, dice, and terrain.
Here is a teaser of the minis you'll find in the the box, we'll reveal what they are over the next few weeks as the campaign gets closer to launch. Can you already guess what they are?
The box includes two of our most popular factions for Grimdark Future: The Saurian Starhost and the Robot Legions.
Saurian Starhost: The Saurians Starhost are an ancient race, perhaps the oldest in the galaxy. Most of their species lie dormant in cry-pyramids, but they are now awakening to prevent a prophesied disaster.
Robot Legions: With newly gained sentience and hard-won freedom, the Robot Legions are a force to be reckoned with. The Legions pursues distinct philosophies and goals, all in search of a reason for their existence.
Following the project on Gamefound not only keeps you updated but also comes with a special bonus: a One Page Rules Foldable Dice Tray will be added to your pledge when the project launches. This handy and portable accessory helps control the chaos on your game table and is our token of appreciation for your support.
Stay tuned for more updates and model reveals as we approach the launch date soon on Gamefound. Follow the project on Gamefound to ensure you don't miss out on any news and to secure your bonus dice tray.
Happy Wargaming!

Awesome!
That is awesome! Congrats on this project. Back when we chatted on Discord 2020 I knew that you had some great ideas and awesome vision for your projects. Looking forward to supporting this when it goes live.
Congratulations! Are you going to be looking for retail partners? If so let me know! We could help with Canadian distribution as well as in our brick and mortar store.
We're still looking into how to get our products into retail. This is the first step in getting there, but we'll have more to say in the future.
Soon is how soon ? A day ? A week ? A month ? 6 months ? Because I saw "soon" as a label to all those spans of time. And I need to know how to plan my budget :D
We'll have more info in the coming weeks.
Hello OPR! This looks great! Will you consider including some nice quality mission cards from the Advanced rules in this box set? (preferably one mission card deck for each player) :)
Are any new models going to be made available for download for those that want to print out their mini's?
I’m partial to a physical rulebook, I’ll be backing it just for that tbh. But great choices for the two forces to be included
Do we know if it will be shipped worldwide?
We want to make the box set available to as many people as possible, but we don't have any specifics regarding shipping at this time.
It’s says your first fully plastic set. So these won’t be resin models?
Correct, these are plastic models.
I am literally in the process of printing out my Starhost army right now. :D
Same, same..
Looks dope. Any idea on cost?
We're not ready to talk about that just yet, but will have more to say in the coming weeks.
Deal me in cheif
Looks awesome. Will there be a way to download the campaign for Patreon members? I already have the files
Hype
Would the solo rules work for this?
Absolutely!
