For ten years, the universe of Grimdark Future has only been glimpsed through a couple of narrative campaigns, short army book introductions, illustrations and design cues on models. So what is the Grimdark Future World Book?
This 64-page book has been a long time project which has grown and developed alongside the setting and its lore. A primer on the wider Grimdark Future setting, it will connect the lore shown so far through narrative campaigns, short stories and army book intros and build a foundation for future stories and campaigns.

Humanity’s origins and history in the Grimdark Future
The history, ongoing conflicts, key locations and factions of the Sirius Sector
Information on societies in the setting, touching on everything from space travel to policing.
Galactic geography, introducing the wider galaxy and the planets contained within.

It's a beautiful piece of work. Even for those of us still thinking in terms of other IPs as backgrounds for our games. What you've built manages to combine original ideas with our preconceptions from another game in a way that I think gives a more interesting setting with more possibilities. I'd really love to hear an audiobook version of this. My pathway into the setting of he other game was through listening to Loretubers like Oculus Imperia and Baldemort. It's great to see OPR starting to get the same treatment.

Will we see models for some of the artwork included. Really loved the look of the Battle Brothers. And ALL the spaceships are fire pure fire.
When we eventually do models for some of the factions pictured in the book, they may differ from the artwork.
Please be more direct in stating if patrons would need to buy the world book to get it, or if it will be provided to patrons some point down the line. If it isn't a patron reward why not run a frontier or Kickstarter with a few extra models thrown in?

As someone who prefers physical copies to PDFs, does it make sense hold out until the physical copies become available or is the point of the discount to recoup the PDF cost when purchasing the physical?
