Streaming - Moving To Twitch?
SO... Twitch has finally caved and let us lewd artists and titty streamers onto there platform!
This also opens up to other activities but mainly able to actually has a more stable platform and support rather than Picarto.
Is there any issues I don't know about in terms of the difference between Picarto and Twitch?
What would people like to view on the platform?
Thank you!

And it's gone again. As of this morning, effective immediately, every change that would have at least let you stream some of your pinup work on Twitch has been rolled back. No nudity, at all, even when done tastefully in art streams with the correct tags... Who could have seen that coming?
Funny how it flipped so quick!!
Twitch has more commercials and there's some weird content rules there. You might want to research it a bit. If restrictions are lifted that's good. I want to say they do monetization in a flaky way. It's been awhile since I looked. I don't think you'd get much of a split from advertisements. There was some community outrage not too long ago. I don't know all the details.
I love the idea of Twitch, mostly because it is more accessible, due to the fact that just about every (common) device has a 'Twitch' client available for it... But I would encourage caution with Twitch, because they have a history of applying the rules without consistency, and they are known to bend the rules if it's going to benefit them (Twitch) financially / politically / socially. Would streaming to both platforms be an option, I wonder?
dont do that. some tried that already and got banned. no porn, no fluids. and even thou tos changed, some still got banned just for nudity. chaos
Yeah, your only allow to make lewd Elsa content there……..
If you could do both, I would love to see your "twitch"
Twitch's ToS was kind of confusing in the lewd sense, AFAIK they dont allow really porn but just tasteful nudity but I may be wrong, since this is only the impression I got from a few artist friends and I havent read the text myself
I personally like you streaming not on Twitch as Picarto has always felt like a nicer platform for artists than Twitch ever have to me as twitch especially within the past 4 or 5 years has felt more and more just after money. If you want to stream on Twitch could you also duel stream to Picarto at the same time so you never leave either platform? Also I wouldn't want twitch TOS limiting what art you make, as Twitch has a habit of fucking over streamers via quick TOS changes and I would rather you just make what you want rather than conform to a platforms TOS for art
Teach us your ways!
