Richard's Sister?!

Been giving this some thought recently and I don't have a blank female in my arsenal.

Everybody knows the blank male Richard has been dominating the scene but what about a sister?

If Richard spawned from being 'Just a dick' what should we name a female version?

Suggestions in the comments and reasons why you chose that name!
