Update - Commission Pricing

In the ongoing battle for transparency & what I do and how I do it, this image has been made to tackle those questions quicker. 

It's also version one of the document and no doubt there will be something that's buggered up. 

Next to do is the commissions list but will most likely tackle that tomorrow and also explain a little more on how its going to work.
