Mental Aspiration Reading Fix

Tired of your sims having to read for two hours with an adult? It is such a pain in the ass. I have been meaning to share this mod, let alone make it too lmao. There are variations out there but it was not what I wanted or included too much other stuff. So I just made my own of course.

Now sim children will have to read with an adult three times. That is it! No more fighting with both sims to sit down to read, or having to read six books or so just to meet two hours of reading. Yay!

For Patch 1.103! Base Game Compatible!
