No Cooldown Between Horse Competitions
So there is about a 12 hour cooldown between horse competitions that I was requested to nuke by simplydeesims on Tumblr. So I did! It is now 0 hours. Makes it easier xD.

It's preventing my game from opening with the latest patch it fails to open and cites this file as the issue I love this mod will you be updating it? Your amazing thank you
