Even More Babies Mod
Ever wanted your Sims to have 4, 5 or 6 babies at a time? Or at the very least increase their odds of having twins and triplets? Well then this mod is for you! This allows Sims to have up to 6 babies during birth at a time. Six! That’s quite a bit.
Mod originally by pekesims at MTS, I have updated the mod for the March 2021 patch (1.72). The odds are: 25% chance of 1 baby, 21% chance of twins, 18% chance of triplets, 16% chance of quadruplets, 12% chance of quintuplets and 8% chance of sextuplets.
This mod pairs well with my Larger Sims Households mod. Also recommended is Twisted Mexi’s Full House mod.

Is the mod going to have more updates?
My problem again is that the ultrasound ecography shows me that the sim i going to have 5 babies but in the moment of the birth only came one baby with no notification about lossing the others.
I have a question. In the ultasound ecography photo and notification, told me that one of my sims was going to have 5 babies and in the birth was only one and no notification of losing the others babies.
I have try to have 4 with my sims but I couln't. And I give my sims the fertility potion and the fertility trait, I even have modify the fertility with Lumpinou RPO mod and put it into max number.

this is nice but literally everytime i always get triplets or twins but 99% triplets which is annoying. :( like please lower those chances to very low or allow us too becuase it's annoying especially when the household is already packed. and im on laptop so its hard to have 8 sims without it getting smaller ui
Do I need to change MCCC's baby percentage to allow for 6 children? Does the Better Babies Mod overite MCCC settings?
If you use MCCC just change their settings and you won’t need my mod.
july 2025 does this still work after the patch? (my mc settings allowing 6 does it mess with that)

Hey I think something is off with this mod. All of sudden every other time my sim gets pregnant (It's a lot on purpose but I also keep ending the pregnancy) the third time or so she'll end up with triplets one time she ended up having two sets of triplets after only a a few times getting pregnant. It wasn't like that before so something must be off.
Nah that happens with this mod at times. Do you have any more pregnancy type mods? Can you try it without mods and just mine in?

Hi just found this mod it really nice wanted to ask if you ever thought of adding more pregnancies to it since while rare it is actually possible to get 15 in a single pregnancy naturally happened to a lady all the way back in 1971 or add in fertility treatments to get higher multiples
I feel sorry for that lady lol. About the mod, you mean like having more than four babies at once? Idk how the game would respond to that, I’d probably have to do it as a separate version since having too many sims on older computers can cause issues
had a queston. Can you use this with MCC? As in you can set the amount of babies your pregnants sim is expecting? Im not english sorry if you cant understand what i mean :)
I believe MCC has its own features for this purpose, so I don't know if using my mod with it will make mine work or not.
Am I able to set custom chances? Been looking for a way to do that but don't know how to do it myself.
If you know how to mod you can go in and do it yourself otherwise no there is not.

hello ! does this mod override mccc percentage-wise ? as mccc only allows an even distribution among all baby number chances .
I thought there was a setting in mccc that let you set percentages? I could be wrong though but I could've sworn there was. I don't think my mod would override mccc tbh, you could try putting mine in the overrides folder and see if it makes a difference but idk with how powerful mccc is if it'll help or not.
are you able to make them have like 4 babies with mc command or does it not work ?
mc command already lets you have 4 babies so you don't need this mod if you use that mod
