No Auto Toddler Waking Up Parents

Brought to you by the movie Moana that my son (which he calls it oaaa) wanted to watch on his snow day from school.

Do your sim toddlers wake up their parents/guardians? While everyone else is fast asleep? Yeah mine did too and it was annoying until I made this mod. Now they won't wake up their parents/guardians anymore and everyone will sleep soundly (unless you have a mod that does otherwise lol).
