Progress Update 05/14

Hey guys!

I wanted to try something different this month. I’ve been working on a better way to visualize where I’m at in Chapter 8’s development, since the branching nature of the game makes it tough to quantify progress with just a word count.

Here’s a visual breakdown of the narrative structure and where we are right now: (Please note, this is not hyper-accruate and indicative of every decision point, just the rough overarching storylines, the distance between lines is not any indicator of the length of that section, just to indicate where in the story we are at.)

As you can see, the early ending is complete. I’m currently working through the main plot progression toward what I call “D-Day” in my outline (the point where the remaining major endings branch off). Once I hit that milestone, we’ll officially be in the home stretch.

I also want to give you a heads up about something I’ve been working on. I know it’s been a long time since there’s been new content to experience, and I’ve been putting together a project that I think you’ll really enjoy. It’s an interactive experience centered on the characters and world of College Craze, it's something fresh you can engage with while I continue working toward finishing the game. I’ll have more details to share soon, but I wanted to let you know it’s coming and I’m excited to get it in your hands.

Thank you for your continued patience and support. This has been a massive undertaking, and I genuinely appreciate everyone who’s stuck with me through the years and continues to collect the postcards and follow along. It means the world.
