The Departed (2006) | FULL LENGTH | MOVIE REACTION

Fun movie trivia fact: The Departed was a remake of the highly successful Hong Kong thriller 2002's Infernal Affairs starring Andy Lau and Tony Leung. I've seen both films and personally, I liked the Departed better but infernal affairs had a better ending IMHO. I don't want to give away any spoilers in case you ever end up watching it.

They don't have the evidence to arrest Costello so he would give them info to keep him off his tail for a lil bit

The man who was shot.in the stomach and gave the wrong address was also undercover, thats why he didn't give Leo up

Damn stupid copyright laws. If they actually realised they would understand it would bring more people to the stories if they let reactors post more of the movie footage I didn’t think there would be no picture or audio, I have no idea which part they’re watching even with commentary

Now you need to watch "To Live and Die in L.A." and "Arlington Road".

Ya if you like this you really need to check out Heat

Inception would be a great reaction, not sure if you have seen it

I’m also going to continue the trend of asking if it’s alright to do a request with a donation of sort to your channel. Say for example paying a fee of whatever you like for a single movie that you haven’t seen with whatever guidelines you want. I don’t mind paying a little extra cast for something like that.

I love you guys! Been a fan for awhile now, favorite reaction channels! I too am wondering if you have an official way to request a movie or if it’s just an informal throw it out there thing? Also if you have a movie list (minus the channel list posted) of things you’ve already seen. Also also lol can you throw out scene snippets to sync like Hannah does?

Hey, do you guys have an official way of requesting movies to watch through either a donation or just some form? I would do anything for you guys to watch “The Social Network” one day! It’s about the founding of Facebook, but it’s so much more than that. Very heavily critically acclaimed, and my favorite movie of all time. I recommend not watching any trailers beforehand. Love youse both respectfully x

Brightburn please

This must be the 5th reaction where Hannah has mentioned Chicken Run 😂😂

day 3 Hello ash you guys need to react to the movie the ron clark story please it will make you cry it's so good story type movie

Can ya'll do a reaction to PREDATOR 2????

Now you've leveled up on the gangster movies...next level...The Drop.

I also think a good movie reaction would be Donnie Brasco (1997).

So, I think some context you may be missing is a bit of new england lore that inspired j nicklson's character, Whitey Bulger. He was an irish mob boss for decades that was an FBI informant for the majority of his tenure. Also, I could tell mark walberg's character's aggressiveness put you off but as a guy that grew up in dorchester(south of boston), he was the most realistic character. We aren't assholes we are just.... aggressively assertive :D Great job, and to parrot Eddie's comment, you really should watch heat with deniro. Greatest crime thriller imo

I think you guys would really enjoy GANGS OF NEW YORK. Also directed by Scorsese staring Leo.

What a movie. Great cast, and Jack is always gold. If you haven't seen Heat with Al Pacino and Robert De Niro, it's worth watching. And the movie The Town is another one. Inside Man (2006) and Falling Down (1993) are two more.

I saw this in the movie theater back in 2006. I’ll never forget the collective gaps in the audience when that one character is thrown off the building, and that elevator scene near the end. One of my best films experiences. So many WTF moments, and that ending is one of the most satisfying for a villain. This in my opinion is Martin Scorsese’s masterpiece. It took the Hong Kong classic “Infernal Affairs”, and just improved upon it in every single way possible. Two more great crime films by Scorsese you gotta watch are “Goodfellas” and “Casino”. Both great movies that are perfect for your channel.

Guys, I highly recommend the film Elite Squad, it's one of the best Brazilian films

Thank you keep the og directors coming.

Thank you Ash & Hannah for all that you do. When Leo brought the tapes to the lady and she said she needed to talk to him or tell him something . I think he was the father. 🙂

Oh man, the ending in this when I first watched it! I threw a few things in my room I was so mad! 😆😆😆😆
