I know I said it already but after finishing your guy’s reaction, Ellen burstyn aka Sarah goldfarb “the old lady” gave arguably a top 5 performance in the history of cinema and lost the Oscar to Julia Roberts , at least most of us acknowledge that it’s one of the biggest robberies in Oscar history.

Of all the movies I've seen in my life, I have never felt worse after a movie finished than I felt when I finished Requiem for a Dream. I was devastated. I'll be checking out the reaction, but it will be the edited version when that's ready.

Love you guys but nope nope nope... once in a lifetime was enough for this movie.

This is known by many as the most depressing film ever made but also has one of the best musical scores ever and imo a top 25 film of all time. Can’t wait to see your guys reaction!!!❤️also forgot to mention that Ellen burstyn gave the greatest female performance ever in this film.

My Mum first showed me this movie. She relates to the Sarah storyline... "What have I got Harry, hm? Why should I even make the bed, or wash the dishes? I do them, but why should I? I'm alone.
